Yes, that's total bollocks(TM). 4x 10' @26 is sort of the limit for one
session of AT type training.

there's not a great deal of difference between the preparation required for
the two IMHO.

My only criticism is that they are too simplistic. Rate builds, pyramids
etc.. should be substituted to stop the boredom creeping in.
