Yes it's in Amsterdam on the Bosbaan, but called 'Randstad Regatta'. Not after the temp agency, both are named after the urban western part of Holland commonly denoted thus (literally: edge city). Regatta site http://www.randstadregatta.nl/ (Dutch only).
All of rowing Holland will be there, it's the important first 2k of the season. Well, after the Varsity Regatta of next Sunday, but that's only for students. Last year the 'Randstad' was also Dutch NatChamps, but that sort of rotates between different regattas.
