DM5 has a slightly different LPR if im not mistaken.other than that and a lower profile body, thats about it.you're right,price is the only real difference.nowa days tho,you can get a DM4 for about the same price as a Proto.the Proto is just the "new" version of the entry level matrix.

Fair is fair Tony, the Proto Matrix is an impressive gun, I'd take one over that P.O.S. Timmy or overpriced Angel any day. Not quite as accurate as a Cocker mind you, but you can't have *everything*.
