I am helping a few of my friends who are ultimate enthusiasts start up a team for their high school team. The interest isn't really in being competitive, its more about getting to play which currently isn't very often. What are some recommendations (other than go to the upa website) for getting a group off the ground? I am also interested in what the best ideas to get a good turnout. Thank you in advance.
