With 8 days until Ultimax, a team had withdrawn from competition.
Ultimax is Easter Weekend, March 26-27 in Greenville NC....and i need a mens team to fill in.
A team from one school would be best, obviously..... I have contacted a long list of teams hoping that someone will be able to gather their troops in time. A few teams went uninvited...maybe they will be able to convince their teammates...Purdue, Virginia Tech...FSU, ya'll seem to only bring 8 athletes this way everytime you make the trip...surely you can find 8 of your teammates ready to compete!
Next best, would be some sort of a combination all college team.... At Spring Collegiates in Baton Rouge last year, 3 schools combined to fill a vacant spot, Univ of Central Arkansas, Missouri-Rolla and Hendriz College(You See A Ms Rolla-Hendrix?)....they had a great time, failed to win a game, but competed very well all weekend.
Certainly there are some athletes in the NC and surrounding areas that can't believe that their team didn't want to compete on Easter weekend, and are willing to make the trip up to work on their game with a few other athletes looking to do the same??????
games vs the Combo team, obviously won't be reported....
we only need 7 athletes, willing to battle for 6 games minimum on Easter Weekend....or 7 athletes that wanna come and shock the college ultimate community by pulling huge upsets all weekend long!
