Thanks Dave!

I've been out of the RSS loop for several months now (due to Free
Agent only being loaded on my wife's computer) and just happened to
take a look today. Glad I did!

I see most everyone had a good to great season as did we, and here's
hoping for the same in 08/09!

I'm still riding my old beat up Summit in the winter, but added a new
summer toy a couple of weeks ago. You can see it here:

http://webpages.charter.net/mdmead/images/ASV/Can%20Am%201.JPG

I'll see what I can do about getting RSS back into my regular routine
as I miss all of the regulars.

Happy Trails all!

 Yes HAPPY B-Day Matt,
Nice rig you got yourself..... your wife and daughter get that for your
birthday?
Hope all is well. I bet your little girl isn't so little anymore...... How
old is she now, I'm gonna guess, 7 or 8yrs old?
And yes, please try to get RSS into your routine this fall/winter.

Last October I though of you, around Columbus Day actually....... went to
the Epping Grass Drag and Water Cross with my son. It's MUCH bigger of an
event then when
we talked there several years ago..... The Sledneck show was something else.
(Mostly Cat's though so you know it's gonna be a "good" show) ;-)

Take care and ride safe.

 Hey Bob,

I found a real nice polish that worked wonders on the windshield. It came
out better than expected after a few hours of elbow grease. Since the
photos, we have stripped her down and have basically re-done everything. I
re-wired it, installed new lights, painted the inside of the hull, repaired
a small bit of dry rot, and loosened up the steering cable. The motor fired
up on the first try and runs smooth. My wife has re-covered the seats, and
cut polished the entire deck. It is looking pretty nice now. First trial
cruise is set for this Sunday on Moyie Lake just south of Cranbrook.

 Good luck Dave
I got a '84 19ft I/O with a 2.5 4 cyl. for $500 3 yr ago. Another $500 in
starter, water pump and alternator and some Marvel mystery oil in the
cylinders to free them and I was on lake.
Just had it out last week for the start of it's 3rd summer.
Happy yachting

Grrr... my "3 week project" is going on a year and 3 weeks now.
I have to get the upholstery back in (after replacing the floor with
honeycomb composite) and build a new powerhead yet (a 2.5L, fuel-injected,
two-plugs-per-cylinder, V-6 outboard.)
