According to Moto GP his shoulder he injured in the last corner tangle is giving him grief and he may not race this weekend, hope thats not the case but maybe it will impair his performance even if he does.
My guess for this weekend
1/Biaggi (is fast at this track and will be desparate for a good result) 2/Rossi (is always fast but not fast enough this Sunday) 3/Barros. (will pull one out of the bag and get a good result)

Interesting prediction! I take it that you assume another crash by Nicky Hayden?
Because if Biaggi wants to beat Rossi, maybe he should start by doing better than his Repsol teammate first.

Biaggi to beat Rossi? No a cat's chance in hell, even now he has the 'best' bike. tim

If this is one of biaggi's better track I guess that can help him to a top 5, possibly a podium, but not higher than 3. unless things happen up in front. On top we will have an "injured" Sete with his excuse ready and Rossi. To me Hayden, Edwards and Melandri are all hotter candidates than Barros.

Max couldn't get it together at Jerez, it seems to be a track that doesn't suit his style on that particular bike. Nicky seemed to be the opposite, it all came together and he performed well until his crash, which is another point, Hayden crashed Max finished, you have to be there at the end to get the points. Max has consistantly finished 2nd or 3rd in the championship and despite a bad start I believe he will be a strong contender this year.
Who knows. Some weeks Biaggi is pure precision and nobody can touch him. > Others he's fighting for 8th.>
I'm curious why people have this down on Barros. Go back and watch last > year's races again and while Edwards is always 5th or 6th, Barros is > always 4th or 5th. Which is why Barros was 4th in the championship > despite 3 DNFs.>
I can't help feeling the weight of representing the "Honda HRC" last year didn't suit Alex, he felt ubder too much pressure to perform, I think and hope this year riding for a (hopefully) competitive satellite team will take the pressure off and he may perform better.
