I've seen femur roddings that were not aligned properly and they have had to go back in to fix it. Usually the problem is with internal/external rotation. I doubt that they would screw up a leg length, but it's possible. Measure from your ASIS (point of bone on the front of your pelvis) to your medial malleolus (inner ankle bone) on both sides and compare.
