Thanks to Will and Paulmouk. Apparently it will be possible to find the Ortlieb model in the Netherlands, as well as a good range of similar others. And the Carradice link is very valuable to me because I can buy online and because there are many other models of bags there that interest me.

It's very easy to collect stuff. in the last seven years I've managed to accumulate Carradice Nelson Long Flap Saddlebag with SQR fitting Carradice SQR Tour Carradice Super C Front (Bar) Bag Carradice Super C Rear Panniers Bike Bureau Super C Maxi Stuffsack (never used) and still I look at other items!
