I picked up a used TP-2 at a thrift store just to see if I could get it working. I'm a little confused about how the plunger (rubber gasket) should mount to the piston...perhaps I need an O-ring and/or a missing part. I emailed Blackburn but they were no help. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Remove (spam) from my email address to contact me

I've had good luck with phoning Blackburn's support people at: 800-456-2355. They sent out rebuild kits for my TP-2 and AS-1 frame pump.
Since your pump has a lifetime warranty, they might just send you a new pump if you ask (but I don't know about the fine print).
Good luck!

I just had an FP-1 that never worked properly replaced and all I did is call them for a return number, mail it back and they replaced it no questions....it was the piston too by the way.
