I don't know where you are, but I would ask any shop that sells Tacx trainers or tools. Tacx seems to sell two kinds of nuts, depending on what kind of axle you have:

For real riding, you can use hollow or solid axles.
But I think that in this thread it's a question of getting the bike to fit into the Tacx trainer--the axle QR/nuts are used to clamp the beast into place on the trainer.
