And apparently he thinks it's normal, no wonder Fraud got in trouble !

Yeah! great comparison. Bodybuilding a non sport with 100% doping. They>> don't even try to hide it.

So my proposal; round up 25 bodybuilders on synthetic testosterone, perhaps
give them an injection before the start, and have them ride "on a bicycle"
stage 17, Saint-Jean de Maurienne to Morzine, 200.5 km.

Anyway I expect the governor would probably be able to give flandis some
pointers on the use of testosterone in a training program.
