I looking for a good economical tire pump with an acurate gauge and a direct connection to presta values, no adapters, that will inflate a tire 115-150 psi. Any suggestions ?

Do a search on tire pumps in this and the rec.bicycles.tech forums. There have been numerous threads, covering the topics of both at home floor pumps and frame mount pumps.
I've been happy with a Topeak Joe Blow pump with a Smarthead. As long as the gauge is consistent, you can achieve reliable results.

You didn't mention if you want a floor pump or one that you attach to the bike. Go to your LBS and try 'em out. A lot of the choice here is just how it feels in your hands; how sturdy it is; and where you plan to use it.
