Indian HOCKEY Team should get Rick Charlesworth now

I hope that better sense prevails in Indian Hockey too and they should get Rick Charlesworth, the best hockey coach in the world.
BTW, Ric played cricket as a young school boy and played in the school teams. He captained the State Under 19's team in 1969. Ric played A grade Club cricket from 1969 the State cricket for Western Australia from 1972-1979. He played 47 first Class matches and made 2327 runs and during that time he took 35 catches.
