This actually is an interesting three-way tie!
Ijaz Ahmed, Chris Harris and Chaminda Vaas have all played 250 ODI's without captaining.
Anil Kumble has played 260 but has captained India in a ODI once.
All others who have played more games have had significant captaincy tenures.
