That's Rudi Koertz to you.

The bloke's point is perfectly obvious. He describes Hairs and Koertz as
being "ante Pakistan umpires". I presume ante-Pakistan is India, which
means they're not neutral.

To be fair, he doesn't actually ask for Dar.
