What's the mail on young Mitchell Johnson, Alvers?>
Has such a bad history of back trouble that it's hard-to-unfair to pass judgement on him. He's had the Big Wraps on him since he was 17/18 but hasn't been able to stay on the paddock long enough to allow a balanced assessment. Last week in the ING final his action looked pretty good considering that he's not long back. He's high at delivery and goes very well through the crease but then gets a bit sloppy after that. Speed is nothing to get the radar operater sweaty about, but apparently he was quicker before his latest breakdown so he might be able to tweak another few k's yet. Bowled mid 130's in the ING. Would like to see him after a continuous half a season or so. Hopefully that's Decemberish this year.
