I have a Mad River Explorer made of kevlar. It is stored outside on a rack. During a severe wind storm it was blown off the rack. It then struck a rock which took a section of the outside off. The damaged section measures about 3" x 7". The kevlar interior appears to be ok it looks like it was only the outer surface that was damaged. How do I go about repairing this. Thanks for any and all help.

Besides the "build it up with epoxy" advice, I suggest you get under the boat on a sunny day and look for any cracks in the hull. they should be readily apparent.
