I like checking on AZBilliards.com. They seem to have the most comprehensive lists going.
Under the Tours & Tournaments section there is a listing at the bottom called "Tournament Calendar". I have found it to be very useful.

Hopefully, in the not too distant future, there will be a NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL, promoter-friendly/search friendly "search engine for pool tournaments" that will eclipse anything that is currently available. The site will hugely benefit: Tournament Planners Tournament Directors Tournament Promoters Pool Room Owners Tournament Advertisers Tournament Searchers Pool players in general.
If you have suggestions as to how or what features this site should have, please go ahead and mention them now and I will see that the appropriate party gets them.
