Bibby, the Sacramento Kings point guard, said he was mad because the Seattle players, specifically Jerome James and Reggie Evans, were talking too much.
"I'm upset that they're talking like that. This is still the first round and the series ain't over yet," Bibby said. "The people that are talking don't need to be talking. Four games don't make you a star."
It wasn't hard to discern he was referring to James, who averaged 18.8 points and 10.3 rebounds through the first four games. James, who was cut by the Kings, has been widely quoted since the series began last week.
After the Sonics' Game 4 victory in Sacramento, Evans was quoted as saying the Kings' complaints about the Sonics' physical play are like his infant daughter's cries for her bottle.
"I mean Reggie Evans, just going out there and fouling and flopping ... he has no right to talk," Bibby said. "He doesn't score any baskets. He goes out there and fouls and he feels that he's doing something? So be it. Let him talk."
Bibby said what bothered him most was that the Sonics, who made the playoffs for the first time since the 2001-02 season, were acting like the series was already over.
"I'm not going to go talk . with the series not even over yet. ... There's still one more game that they've got to get," Bibby said. "I wonder why they weren't talking from Game 1 and they've got to wait until it's 3-1 before they start talking."

"Earlier today, I ordered America's Armed Forces to strike military and security targets in Iraq ... Their mission is to attack Iraq's nuclear, chemical, and biological programs, and its military capacity to threaten its neighbors."
