 Ooh, got a shootout going on at Rupp, and UK down by 5 at the half.

Tennessee's a much better team than their record shows, since they've
lost five games this year by an average of three apiece, a ten- game
swing in the win- loss margin. Ick.

So, UK Senior Night was a 3- point shootout! Sparks was hot again,
and so was TN's Lofton, an ex- KY- Mr.- Basketball freshman who pulled
a Vandie on us-- As, Indeed, TN Has With Him. As for the UK seniors,
Hayes was hot in the second, and Carrier fired in two or three 3s for
the game. Woo (Obrzut) had another good game, but Alleyne, who is
apparently in the doghouse somehow, got in only at the end, but still
got a dunk out of it.

UK wins 73- 61.

Shootout at the Gator Corral comes Sunday at High Noon.

And then that's it for the regular season, which has been a pretty
good one for UK.

 The UK-Florida game has been moved to 2 PM EST and from a national game
to a regional game on CBS. This was done so that the nation can watch
Illinois-Ohio State as Illinois tries to finish running the table in
the regular season.
