suspend the psychotic chipmunk in an attempt to keep the university off
any proceedings that may target Chaney or the "goon").

Committing the five "goon" fouls gave St. Joe's the potential of scoring
10 points. Here's a sane suggestion that doesn't hurt your team as
much: pull your players off the court for a possession or two, or
instruct them to just stand there and do nothing (i.e. let St. Joe's
score an unimpeded basket, then permit a 5-second call on the inbounds).
That way you make a bold statement and register your protest without
ending anybody's season (including, as it turns out, your own).
Does everyone also forget Martelli> screaming at old ladies in the stands last year?

A-fuckin'-men to that. His bending over backwards to suspend himself,
first for a game, then for the rest of the regular season, then for the A-
10 tourney, and meeting with the player and his family, all seem intended
to show the world what a fair-minded man he is but what's actually coming
across is that he actually *doesn't* understand what an amoral, idiotic
thing it was. For example, when he suspended himself for the A-10 tourney,
